What to expect, before you board.
The short answers to the things people ask the booking office every day.
Reserving a seat
You can reserve three ways: on this site, on WhatsApp, or by calling the UAN. Whichever you use, the office holds the seat in your name — nothing is charged online and this website never asks for card or bank details.
Paying
You pay at the terminal counter before you board. Please come to the counter in good time so the ticket can be written up without rushing you.
How early should I arrive?
Be at the terminal twenty minutes before departure. Coaches leave on the hour they are booked for; the driver will not hold the bay for a late passenger when the road ahead is long.
Choosing where you sit
When you reserve here you choose the actual seat, not just the coach. On the Sleeper and Premium Plus the single seats on the right-hand side go first, so book early if you want one.
Travelling with children
Children travel with the adult who books them. A small child on a lap does not need a seat of their own; anyone who needs a seat needs a reservation, so tell the office how many are travelling.
Women travelling alone
Tell the office when you reserve and they will seat you accordingly. The booking staff do this every day and will not need it explained.
Identification
Carry your CNIC. It is occasionally checked at the terminal and on the road, and it is what the office needs if anything has to be traced after your journey.
Changing or cancelling
Call the UAN as early as you can. A seat given up with notice can be resold and the office will do what it can for you; a seat abandoned at departure time cannot.
Breaks on the road
Long services stop for food and prayer. The driver announces how long the stop is — stay within sight of the coach, because it leaves on the time he gives.
If something goes wrong
Call the UAN and ask for the booking office rather than the terminal. Give the date, the route and the departure time and they can find your reservation.
